Will every bundle be the same?

No! Every mystery bundle is personally curated, making each order unique.

Can I request specific genres or preferences?

Absolutely! If your bundle includes customization options, leave your preferences in the order notes or complete any personalization fields at checkout. While we cannot guarantee every request, we'll always do our best to create a bundle you'll love.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States, but we hope to expand internationally in the future.

Can I return my mystery bundle?

Because every mystery bundle is personally curated, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within three (3) business days of delivery, and we'll gladly work with you to make it right.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please email us within three (3) business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s), shipping box, and packaging. We'll assist you with the claims process and work toward the best possible resolution.
