At The Bookish Collective, we believe happy mail starts with great service—which is why we offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders.
Each mystery bundle is thoughtfully hand-curated just for you, so please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be carefully packed and shipped. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We can't wait to welcome our international bookish lovers in the future, and we hope to expand shipping soon!
Returns & Order Concerns
Every mystery bundle is uniquely curated with care, making each package a one-of-a-kind experience. Because of the personalized nature of our mystery gifts, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference or the surprise contents of your bundle.
That said, your experience matters to us. If something isn't right, we genuinely want to help.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a shipping-related issue, please reach out to us within three (3) business days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging, including any visible damage
These photos allow us to file a claim with the shipping carrier and determine the best solution for your order.
Please note that requests submitted more than three (3) business days after your package is marked as delivered may not be eligible for review.
